With breathtaking views over the Exe estuary and Jurassic Coast, Lympstone Manor is a contemporary country hotel set within a Grade II listed Georgian manor house. This luxurious property is surrounded by 28 acres of grounds and its own vineyard. It all makes a refined backdrop for a meal in three elegant dining rooms each named after an area of Devon. Chef Michael Caines has created a space where diners can enjoy the food without feeling they have to whisper in hushed tones.
