Overview
With most ingredients on the menu sourced from farmers and growers within the village, The Clarendon is rightly proud of the fresh, local produce it showcases. In the main, dishes based on Yorkshire Dales venison, and nearby Grimwith Estate wood pigeon are skilled, balanced and modern, and delivered by knowledgeable waiting staff in an unpretentious pub-style environment.
