Overview
Cringletie House is a stunning pink stone mansion, complete with conical turrets, and dates from the 1860s. The bright and airy Sutherland's Restaurant, with its stunning painted ceiling and impressive fireplace, is a welcoming setting for unpretentious seasonal dining, with a nine-course tasting menu available on Sunday evenings. Dishes make good use of produce from the hotel’s walled garden where possible.
