Located in Brown’s Hotel, Mayfair, Charlie’s is a modern British restaurant by award-winning chef Adam Byatt. Named after Lord Charles Forte, it celebrates British culinary heritage with seasonal menus and locally sourced produce from trusted independent suppliers. Signature dishes include roast beef carved tableside and venison en croûte, served in a warm, wood-panelled, elegant dining room.
