Riverside Caravan Park★★★★
"Ideal stopover for ferries in peaceful, city-edge setting."
Overview
A well-groomed site on the outskirts of Plymouth on the banks of the River Plym, in a surprisingly peaceful location surrounded by woodland. The toilet facilities are appointed to a very good standard, and include private cubicles, plus there's a good games room, a heated outdoor swimming pool, and bar/restaurant serving food. This park is an ideal stopover for the ferries to France and Spain, and makes an excellent base for touring Dartmoor and the coast. The local bus stop is just a 10-minute walk from the site.
