The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant

Set in beautiful Perth & Kinross countryside and within a working distillery dating back to 1890, Glenturret Lalique Restaurant is filled to the brim with luxurious furnishings, magnificent glassworks and twinkling chandeliers. A long bar displays several decanters showcasing the whisky made on the premises and the tasting flights prove very popular. Service from the highly skilled front-of-house team is formal but friendly. This is highly skilled modern European cooking with a focus on the very best Scottish produce and luxury ingredients. Langoustine, buttermilk and Daurenki Tsar Impérial caviar makes a decadent start, then Mark Donald’s signature dish ‘Foievioli’ – barbecued Highland Wagyu cooked to perfection, accompanied by aubergine and morels. Two palate refreshers come next, then perhaps a dessert that’s rich yet has clever flavour profiles – Maracaibo 65% chocolate, green coffee and Glenturret Triple Wood whisky team up to make a memorable finale.
