Overview
The unique forest setting creates an away-from-it-all feeling at this peaceful touring park set in 95 acres of woodland and run by enthusiastic owners. The pitches are sited in small groups in clearings around two smartly appointed amenity blocks which offer excellent facilities – underfloor heating, no-touch infra‑red showers, cubicles, kitchen prep areas and laundry facilities. Continuing investment has resulted in an increased number of fully serviced pitches and stylish oak lodges for hire or sale. Forest bramble clearing has enabled the creation of over two miles of woodland walks. There's an open communal field, with picnic benches, for children to play on and for dogs to be exercised. The site is well placed for visiting Whitby and exploring the North York Moors.
