Part of the East Sussex National hotel and resort with its two Jack Nicklaus-designed courses, The Pavilion Restaurant enables diners to enjoy their food with the views of the South Downs. A large open-plan dining room with a glass wall on one side and windows on the other, it’s spacious and airy with relaxed but attentive service.
