Overview
Within the much-loved Four Seasons Hotel London Park Lane, and complete with its own entrance, Pavyllon is spaciously elegant, with an air of calm serenity. An open-plan kitchen spanning the breadth of the blue and caramel-hued dining room is the focal point, complete with counter seating for diners who want to be closer to the action. The tasting and à la carte menus change seasonally, offering classic French cooking and luxury ingredients. A starter of crispy Orkney scallop tartlet with smoked brown butter sauce might precede a main of hay-barbecued Cornwall lamb chop, samphire pistou, anchovy paste and lamb jus.
