Overview
In the shadow of Southwark Cathedral, Borough’s two-tier Salt Yard comes with contemporary semi-industrial good looks, with a long open kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows on street level offering views over the passing crowds. As with other Salt Yard venues, the small-plate style is a Spanish/Italian hybrid with quality ingredients delivered with skill, simplicity and flavour.
