Dating from the 16th century, The Tollgate Inn is a short drive from the market town of Bradford-on-Avon and close to National Trust-owned Lacock. Family-run, there’s a bar with log-burning fires and a heated marquee and beer garden in summer. The food punches above its weight with local game a specialty.
