Overview
Spring Tide is a first floor, heated, apartment with fantastic views over Porthmellon Beach. It sleeps two to four people in two bedrooms, one with king size bed, the other with Zip n Link beds – perfect for two people wanting to have some extra space while on holiday, families, or couples wanting to share. The apartment enjoys an elevated position above the beach, and comprises two ensuite bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, double oven and washing machine, and a dining room with seating for six. The spacious lounge has a fabulous Juliet balcony which helps to perfectly frame the sea views over Porthmellon Beach and stunning sunsets. The apartment is located at the foot of Jackson’s Hill and easily accessed via a gentle driveway. It has comfortable outside seating and BBQ. Dogs are not accepted. Please note that this apartment can be inter-linked with Neap Tide (The Ground Floor Apartment) if required, sleeping a maximum of six if booked together.
