A short walk from Borough Market, Pyro Restaurant has a buzzy Mediterranean atmosphere and the setting is reminiscent of a Greek beach taverna with its rustic decor and open-view kitchen. Cooking prime ingredients on the wood-fired grill is the key here and inventive, well balanced dishes are big on flavour.
