Ideally situated in the heart of the charming village of Hawkshead, The King’s Arms is a traditional country inn that was fully renovated before reopening in August 2025. It offers eight individually styled en-suite bedrooms, each featuring characterful decor with thoughtful personal touches. Downstairs, delicious cuisine is served in the welcoming bar and restaurant area. The team is friendly and offers attentive, relaxed service.

  It's a village Pub! - New decor, but with the same roots, offering a selection of real ales & beers.
  Dog-area - Dogs are only welcome in the bar area.
  Comfy rooms - Top quality beddings, beautiful decor, lots of little touches.
  Dinner - Hearty, using high-quality, local and seasonal produce as much as possible.
  Parking - Residents are issued a parking permit for the town's car park.
