"Exudes quality and style at every turn – a memorable destination for every guest."
Overview
Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons is currently closed for redevelopment and will reopen in 2027. Even though Le Manoir is very much part of the British scene, celebrating its 40th year, its iconic chef patron, Raymond Blanc, still fizzes with new ideas and projects. His first loves are his kitchen and his garden and the vital link between them. The fascinating grounds feature a Japanese tea garden, orchard and two acres of vegetables and herbs that supply the kitchen with an almost never-ending supply of top-notch produce. For something really special there is the 15th-century dovecot with a stunning upper-floor bedroom and a bathroom below. La Belle Epoque is the private dining room, ideal for weddings, celebrations and corporate events.

About the area
Located at the heart of England, Oxfordshire enjoys a rich heritage and varied scenery, with Oxford’s elegant streets a highlight for visitors. The landscape encompasses open chalk downland, picturesque rivers and attractive villages, while northwest of Oxfordshire is home to the sleepy backwaters of Abingdon, Wallingford, Wantage, Watlington and Witney that reveal how Oxfordshire’s old towns evolved over the centuries.
