A rather splendid modern British pub on Regent Street, with a menu overseen by Michel Roux Jr and a fine selection of cask ales and craft beers. Have a pint of the house brew, Saison, from Bermondsey’s Brew by Numbers while you check out the menu. Try the masala-spiced Scotch egg with dahl relish; fat chips with Bloody Mary salt; or slow-cooked pork collar with polenta, chard and cider sauce.
