Overview
Longueville Manor enjoys a fabulous location, cocooned within 18 acres of woodland complete with lake and kitchen garden, the latter supplying much of the produce on the contemporary menu served in the historic Oak Room or the light and airy Garden Room. Long-serving chef Andrew Baird hauls in the best Jersey produce and seafood for his refined dishes: hand-dived local scallops with courgette flower, foraged sea herbs and garden lemon to start, then turbot with bouillabaisse sauce, braised fennel, local shellfish, a garlic croûte and aïoli. The jaw-dropping wine cellar has over 500 bins from rare fine wines to easy drinking new world bottles.
