Overview
In a handy central location, Vaasu by Atul Kochhar is the Marlow outpost of the eponymous chef’s stable of modern Indian restaurants. The interior is suitably upmarket and appealing with its banquettes and soothing green hues, service is friendly and well briefed, and the cooking skilfully unites traditional Indian regional themes with well-judged modern flair and creativity.
