A short stroll from Ely cathedral, Sushi and Salad was the first of three Japanese-inspired restaurants in this independent chain. Here, diners can explore a wide-ranging menu of fresh sushi, sashimi, and a whole host of authentic Japanese dishes, complemented by the carefully chosen beverage list.
