"Innovative cooking in historic village pub."
Overview
The contemporary Chubby Castor is set within the thatched, 17th century Fitzwilliam Arms. There is an unwavering commitment to sustainability so it’s no surprise that the attentive and knowledgeable staff explain each course in detail at the table. Kick off, perhaps, with Wagyu beef tartare, gem caviar, yuzu mayo and marzipan toast, then sea trout, shrimps, courgettes, tapioca and tom yum sauce. A light as a feather raspberry and white chocolate soufflé with a pistachio crumb is the perfect finale. Show more
