The location of The Greenbank Hotel allows for really interesting and constantly changing views of Falmouth’s busy estuary harbour. The stylish restaurant has a stand-alone identity, mixing blues with beige and lots of light streaming through the large windows. Food is punchy and well intentioned, paying close attention to all individual components and elements.
