The more traditional fine dining option at The Nare hotel on the beautiful Roseland peninsula, The Dining Room provides diners with magnificent panoramic sea views and local fish to match. Fresh Portloe crab rillettes could precede a grilled fillet of lemon sole, leek purée, capers, samphire, saffron Parmentier potatoes and champagne velouté.
