Overview
Right by the Theatre Royal and overlooking Brighton’s iconic Pavilion and its pretty gardens, Furna is a stylish city centre restaurant. An open kitchen at the far end is the focus of the dining room with its abundance of wood, natural textures and muted colours. The inventive and confident cooking has a pronounced Asian influence.
