Close to Ashdown Forest, Buxted Park Hotel is housed in a grand 1722 Palladian mansion set within 300 acres of rolling parkland. Famous former guests include William Wordsworth and Marlon Brando, but diners still enjoy the interesting modern European dishes in the elegant and spacious dining room whether they are celebrities or not.
