Dating from the 14th century, Galvin Green Man is operated by respected chef brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin. The dining room is smart, with a feature timber ceiling and glass roof, and the River Chelmer runs through the garden. The robust, modern British menu displays classic techniques and top drawer ingredients.
