Near the Everyman Theatre, Bao + BBQ is an unusual mix of Taiwanese bao buns, and Texan BBQ cooking. All meat is smoked in-house and prepared in the open kitchen. All the beef comes from free-roaming Longhorn Gloucestershire cattle, which is unique to its geographic area. Fish, pork, chicken and vegetarian options are also on the menu.
