Overview
An iconic Manchester building, The Midland Hotel is an appropriately grand setting for Adam Reid at The French. An elegant room with opulent curving banquettes, spherical crystal chandeliers and finely-tuned service, it’s pitch perfect for the three-hour dining experience. Reid is a born-and-bred Mancunian so there’s a real emphasis on giving the place a regional feel. The kitchen team allow no compromise when it comes to the quality of ingredients and the menu descriptions take minimalism to its ultimate form, most dishes announced by a single word.
