Set over three industrial-styled floors in the city centre, El Gato Negro is where chef-patron Simon Shaw explores his love of Spanish food and tapas. The lower floor has a small bar and a charcuterie station, while the middle floor houses the very open kitchen that's loud and bustling. Upstairs, a second bar offers cocktails and a retractable roof.
