Overview
The Bedford is a welcoming, family-run Victorian hotel with lots going on. Its Cartland Restaurant has plenty of period charm, with decorative plasterwork, warm pastel tones, black-and-white prints of film stars and neatly laid tables. The cooking steers sensibly clear of left-field flavour combinations.
