"Elegant dishes driven by top-notch Irish produce."
Overview
Myrtle is the first solo venture from Irish-born TV chef Anna Haugh, who cut her culinary teeth in some of London’s top kitchens under the likes of Philip Howard, Shane Osborne and Gordon Ramsay. Small, two-floored, light-filled and relaxed, Myrtle showcases Haugh’s intelligently simple but refined dishes with top drawer Irish produce given some additional London polish. On offer are a seven-course tasting menu, a set lunch menu and an à la carte. A starter named Soibhan’s Quest comprises beetroot, St Tola goats’ cheese, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and raisin, and will set things up for poached wild seabass, smoked mash potato and burnt Irish butter sauce.
