Overview
One of London’s grandest hotels, The Dorchester’s impeccable heritage and pedigree speaks for itself. Its glamorous Grill restaurant has been in business since 1931and now moves forward into a new era with a new chef, a new menu and a new look after a refurbishment. The iconic room has kept its spectacular Murano chandelier and intricate gilded ceiling, but a contemporary tone has been added. The revamped menu tips the hat to the old classics for those seeking traditional culinary comfort whilst rolling out some vibrant new dishes to keep everyone interested.
