Overview
A prominent corner site on popular Hope Street in the city centre, Vetch is a fine dining restaurant headed up by a former winner of TV’s Great British Menu. Fusing modern British cooking with Nordic and Asian influences in a stripped-back former shop, the atmosphere is casual and relaxed with a bistro feel.
