Overview
In the pretty Wirral village of Oxton, Daise by Tony Parkin is a small but perfectly formed venue with a relaxed bistro vibe. Cosy with caramel banquette seating along each wall and unclothed tables, there’s a small bar area leading to a semi-open kitchen at the rear. Hyper seasonal produce is given star treatment on modern British tasting menus.
