The privately-owned Coniston Hotel is set on a 1,400-acre estate surrounded by a 24-acre lake and beautiful countryside. With its open fire and floor-to-ceiling windows, the contemporary View is an elegant and comfortable restaurant that celebrates the Yorkshire larder. The kitchen combines pub classics with more dinner-orientated dishes.
