Overview
In the shadow of the famous Minster, The Bow Room Restaurant at Grays Court is certainly a unique setting. The 90ft-long gallery has a genuine ‘wow’ factor and features a bow window with views of the grounds and city walls. The abundant kitchen garden ensures a steady supply of seasonal ingredients destined for well-balanced, contemporary British dishes with clear flavours. Start with pan-roasted scallop, caramelised onion purée and mussel cream, before a main course of salt-aged beef fillet, tenderstem broccoli and beef fat hollandaise.
