Overview
An Elizabethan hotel in the centre of Oundle, parts of The Talbot came from Fotheringhay Castle in the 17th century, including the grand timber staircase. Nowadays, it does a brisk trade as a hotel, coffee house and eatery, with its comprehensive menu that’s available not only in the main garden restaurant, but in the bar and courtyard.
