Overview
Located in the UK’s smallest county, Hitchen’s Barn occupies two levels, with the top floor used for private dining. The styling is simple and unfussy, with an interesting collection of kitchen tools displayed on shelves, along with white walls, a faux timber ceiling and a proper wood floor. Cuisine is modern British with a great emphasis on provenance.
