Set in 120 acres of grounds at the luxurious Pennyhill Park hotel, Hillfield is a relaxed and casual restaurant and bar that celebrates top drawer Surrey produce including plenty from the surrounding estate. Provenance and traceability is at the core of the ‘farm to fork’ philosophy and the modern British dishes showcase inspired flavour combinations and impeccable presentation.
