Overview
Located in a rural area, THE PIG-in the South Downs is a Palladian-style Georgian house that’s been sympathetically renovated and extended. Its orangery-style restaurant has quite a minimal contemporary style, and enjoys views of the gardens and grounds. The kitchen garden is the focus, with help from the forager, so menus are authentically seasonal.
