Overview
Set in 120 acres of countryside, Alexander House is convenient for Gatwick, but tranquil enough to serve as a real getaway. AG’s Restaurant has painted panelled walls, turquoise and grey decor, a high plasterwork ceiling and a marble fireplace. The kitchen covers all dietary bases with vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free versions of the set 10-course meal. Cooking is contemporary, with striking combinations of ingredients and heaps of visual artistry.
