Overview
Opposite Hilmarton’s pretty church, The Duke Hotel has stood in the centre of the village since 1843. In contrast to the 19th-century façade, the elegant restaurant has whitewashed walls teamed with splashes of lime and sky blue. Although utilising locally sourced ingredients, the menu looks to Europe and Asia for inspiration.
