Overview
Set in 70 acres of splendid parkland including a scenic lake, Brockencote Hall Country House Hotel combines original Victorian splendour with a dash of contemporary zing. In the elegant restaurant with its soft colours, comfortable chairs and smartly uniformed staff, enjoy contemporary dishes underpinned by classical techniques. From a menu of precisely executed dishes, open with Devon white crab dressed salad, radish, crispy noodles and nori. Move on, perhaps, to aged beef sirloin, Pont Neuf potato, cavolo nero, smoked shallot and peppercorn sauce.
