Overview
Perched on the top floor of the namesake museum overlooking the harbour, there is a suitably maritime-themed air with white stone walls and blue painted panelling in the engaging Tolbooth Restaurant. The hugely appealing menu of seafood dishes is led by locally landed bounty and executed with contemporary verve to deliver bold, uncomplicated flavours.
