Well positioned in the heart of St Andrews, The Adamson occupies the former post office on South Street. It’s a contemporary space with lots of natural light, high ceilings, exposed brickwork, stone-top tables and walls dotted with mirrors and modern artwork. Scottish provenance is a cornerstone of the cooking which delivers big, bold flavours on the plate.
