A beautiful one bedroom, first-floor apartment, it's located on the St Ives Road with easy access to the South West Coastal Path, St Ives and the beach. The spacious open-plan living area includes a contemporary kitchen, dining and sitting area, with French doors opening to a Juliette balcony and views out to Godrevy Lighthouse and across the bay to Gwithian.
