Overview
The Carthouse sleeps up to 6 guests and is perfect for larger families or friends catching up. The ground floor has a cosy living room with original stone fireplace, open plan kitchen/diner (a great place for entertaining!) and wet room. Large French doors lead out from the kitchen to the rear grounds and the private enclosed courtyard garden. Upstairs on the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with exposed beams, vaulted ceiling and original stone wall and master bathroom. Another flight of stairs leads to the third bedroom in the apex of the barn, which has lovely views of Wild Boar Fell. The Carthouse contains additional facilities for the needs of guests with limited mobility, including assisted wheelchair users.
