Graded 4* Gold by Visit England, Greystones offers dog-friendly, self-contained accommodation with a private entrance for four people. Greystones has two bedrooms, a kitchen, separate dining room, sitting room, 1st floor shower room and ground floor cloakroom (WC). Beautifully positioned on the edge of Sutcombe village, with views across the garden, to the surrounding countryside and fields beyond. The modern kitchen leads into the separate dining room, and the sitting room has beautiful, exposed beams, lovely soft furnishings, and a fireplace with a woodburner. Upstairs there is a family shower room, the main bedroom, and bedroom two (available as a twin or super king) which looks out over the surrounding countryside. Greystones has a lovely, enclosed garden that looks out over the woodland walk, as well as the shared apple orchard. In the evenings, watch the sunset by the fire pit or use the barbecue for some al fresco dining. With private parking for two cars and easy access to many nearby beaches, you will feel well and truly at home at Greystones. The traditional clome oven room offers shared access to additional storage, a washing machine, tumble-drier and freezer (with a dedicated drawer for Greystones' guests), two dog crates, plus a couple of pairs of wellies for you to borrow. The courtyard to our shared games barn offers table football, mini pool/air hockey and a range of board games. Alongside an outdoor dog shower, the welcome pack for your four-legged friend includes water bowl, feeding mat, towels, poo bags and handmade dog treats. Greystones is one of two fabulous properties at Town Farm, the other being The Granary, so if you are looking for a holiday as a larger group, Greystones and The Granary can be booked together as the Grange (sleeping 6) with a handy interconnecting door.
