Could a location be more perfect? Turn right from Water's Edge Cottage and in about 200 yards is picturesque Lynmouth harbour with its choice of eateries and dog-friendly beach. Turning left along the famous riverside 'Watersmeet Walk' and within seconds you are in the midst of spectacular countryside and solitude if you wish. The cottage sleeps up to six (discount for two) and is available all year; the driveway has parking for two cars.
