Magnolia Cottage is a lovely holiday home just a short walk from the beach and town, with parking for one car. This centrally heated Victorian cottage sits just 600 metres from both the seafront and the town centre, making everything easily accessible on foot. The entrance hall leads to a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, a 56-inch Smart TV, and free Wi‑Fi. The cottage now includes a ground‑floor cloakroom and a newly refurbished, fully fitted open‑plan kitchen with a beautiful lantern‑style dining area. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. A washing machine and gas dryer are available in the shared laundry room. The ground‑floor bedroom has twin beds that can be linked to form a super‑king, along with an en‑suite shower and WC. Upstairs, the second bedroom also offers a super‑king option and an en‑suite shower room. There is an outdoor seating area for relaxing in the fresh air, and a cot and highchair are available on request. The owners live within the complex and are happy to help throughout your stay. Please note, there is a strict policy of no smoking or vaping inside the property.
