Built on the foreshore overlooking Emsworth harbour at the edge of Thorney Island, the house affords a quiet, secluded and rural position, enclosed by private grounds. Appealing all year round, the picturesque seaside village of Emsworth is surrounded by countryside, close to sandy beaches and near many historical sites.
